It’s not all about the money for you, and neither is it with us. But, yes, Apprentice offers competitive compensation, and most positions include a pay increase after an initial 90-day review, and then annual increases each January. We get a Christmas bonus each year too – enough for some fun presents for the kid in your family (maybe yourself?).

Apprentice provides an excellent benefits package to all of our full-time employees. We want you to be heathy, so this includes fully paid Major Medical. Yep, we pay 100% of your monthly medical insurance (Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Arkansas).

We agree – you work hard - so you need time to play hard. So we offer 7 paid holidays, 2 personal days, 10 vacation days, and 5 sick days. That’s 25 days of paid time off per calendar year, and the vacation time expands with tenure. Oh, and just to be sure you are in shape to go play hard, we provide $20 per month for a gym membership.
